The day finally came... she has been going to the same daycare since she was 8 weeks old, even though back then it was only for 10 hours a week. Last Thursday night it was graduation for her and her 5 friends, 4 of them have been with her since they were all 18 months old. There are 2 April b-days, 2 June b-days and 1 July b-day so they are all close in age.
The director, Lisa said some words, and had to have Connor stand with her because she hates to speak in front of a group, so he was the BIG helper, of course he loved that. Ms. Janice their teacher said a few words and shared with us her version of "Kids Say the Darnest Things". There were some good lines, but the last one was sweet, Ms Janice was going the next day to Colorado to visit her 4 grandbabies and one of the kids said you have more than 4 grandkids you have all of us. Ms. Janice started to tear up and so did all of us moms.
Sunday, we went to The Main Event to bowl for their graduation party. Only 3 of the 6 could go, but the siblings were there and everyone had a great time. The kids get along so well together. We made a vow to get together once every other month or so... that means we will meet again late Sept early Oct. Pumpkin Patch maybe... They will all see each other on the weekends at church but... not the same. In fact today I told KK she only had 3 days left after today and her eyes got really big. She is starting to get it.
Friday night we went to a co-workers wedding at Tx Stadium. He got married on the star and then had his reception in the Club. It was very relaxed everyone wore jerseys and jeans. The food was great and the dancing was even better. Connorboy had sooo much fun dancing on the dance floor. I think he danced for 4 or 5 consecutive songs and then a slow one came on he would take a quick break and then start all over, he was definitely the kid that had everyone's attention, there is always one of those if kids are allowed at a reception!!!
Work is becoming a little crazy. The past 2 Sat I have had training. This weekend I am off and we are going to take KK and CB to their grandparents to stay for 4 days, then they will have 2 more days with a babysitter and then daddy is taking off so they get the WHOLE week off of school before KK starts Kindergarten.
Tomorrow we are off to the dentist for white clean teeth and school supply shopping!
Enjoy the pictures.

After Graduation!!!
We spent more $$$ trying to win these then if we had bought them at the store, but once one had been won the dads had to keep trying to get one for all of them!!!!
KK came in 2nd place, would have been 1st if she had not crossed the line so many times!
Bye-Bye Pre-School.
It has been fun, many many memories made and lots of good friendships along the way. Circle time will not be the same in public school because there will be no more bible verses but we will keep up with those at home!!
Michael W. Smith Friends are Friends Forever if the Lord is the Lord of them... Though it is hard to say good-bye... Because a lifetime is not too long to live as friends.
Thanks Fab 5, Ethan, Patrick, Lauren and Ashton!!
